Description

Founded by Booker Noe, grandson of Jim Beam and a master distiller himself, the distillery operates under the personal brand Bookers. They use premium bourbon young whisky, maturing it in their own scorched oak casks, stored in the heart of the Jim Beam distillery to maintain optimal humidity and temperature.

Limited batches are released annually, with different cask numbers and vintages, driving bourbon enthusiasts wild.

This #2025-01E is named after a small town in central Kentucky, where the founder grew up. This batch is a blend of five production dates stored in four different old-fashioned warehouses, resulting in a complex and intense aroma.

Aroma: Rich vanilla, fruit, toffee

Palmistry: Complex spice, caramel, and oak flavors; with a slight smokiness

Finish: Long and full-bodied
