Palate: The palate is bold and rich, showcasing a harmonious balance of peaty smoke and fruity sweetness. Flavors of ripe cherries, plums, and figs emerge, layered with dark chocolate and vanilla. The influence of the wine cask brings a velvety texture, with a touch of spiciness from the oak.

Finish: Long and warming, with a lingering smokiness that gives way to dried fruits and a touch of black pepper. The finish is both complex and satisfying, leaving a gentle sweetness that invites another sip.
