"Pink Elephant in the Room" is classified as a Back Vintage spirit. These spirits undergo years or even decades of bottle aging, allowing the slow effects of time and oxidation to transform their flavors from fresh fruit aromas to more complex and profound layers. Its color gradually changes from a clear pale yellow to a warm gold, and the aroma evolves from initial bright fruit notes to mature and storied flavors of toast, dried fruit, smoke, and earth.
