嗜日本酒的無不認識，它更被稱為「日本酒的藝術品」及「日本之心」。此酒於寒冷的冬天所釀造,
在北海道涼爽的夏天慢慢熟成，更增添其風味，是一款特別的本釀造酒。酒精度對比下會降低，
口感比較甘甜,冰涼後再飲用更易入喉。溫熱過後能增加深沉的風味。  

推薦相配料理﹕刺身(白身魚)、蝦蟹、清爽口味的海鮮料理等。
