口說上手純米大吟醸 Jr.の摩訶不思議ちゃん生詰

The name 「摩訶不思議ちゃん」(Maka-fushigi-chan) is based on a comparison with 「不思議ちゃん」(Fushigi-chan), which was released around the beginning of the year.The difference between the two alcohols, which are the same Yamada Nishiki, is only 1% polished rice, 45% polished rice and 44% polished rice.It's 「不思議」(wonderful) that makes a different expression of alcohol.

The fragrance is an impressive horse with a gorgeous taste of citrus fruits, smooth mouthfeel, and fruity gorgeous flavor that gives you a high quality feel.

Kamenoi Shuzou

It is a small sake brewery in Yamagata prefecture.

Since its inception, we have carefully handcrafted products that are full of flavor, and we strive to provide products that are loved by everyone.

At first, I ran a forest business and made sake for craftsmen who take care of the forest, but gradually I started selling sake to the neighbors and started a sake brewing business in earnest.

It was founded in the year of Kyoho in the Edo period and has been around 300 years.

Located at the foot of Mt. Mannen in Kyushu's Roof Kujurenzan, the area is freezing in winter, but it continues to produce sake in abundant groundwater and a clear climate.
