This is a junmai daiginjo brewed from Akaiwa Omachi, Okayama Prefecture, which has high quality and popularity among "Omachi rice", which has many core fans among the rice suitable for sake brewing.

It has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits, and when you put it in your mouth, the powerful flavor and sweetness of Omachi rice will spread in your mouth.

The sourness brings the whole thing together, and the crisp and pleasant aftertaste continues.

・About Fuji Shuzo Established in 1778 (Yasuei 7). This is Eikoh Fuji, a sake brewery in the Oyama area of Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, which is associated with Kiyomasa Kato, a warlord of the Sengoku period.

We are working on almost four seasons brewing, and we deliver a variety of "unfiltered unfiltered unprocessed sake" that sticks to sake rice, yeast, etc.

Founded in 1778, "Eiko Fuji" is located in Oyama, Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture.
