As a father, Yamada Nishiki is the king of the liquor rice, this is a mother. It has a low protein content in Fukuoka Prefecture, and is a preferred liquor made rice produced in Fukuoka Prefecture.

This is a breed that was created by collaboration between a cultivator and a breed of liquor storage.

It was granted from the “Japanese Sushi” brand that was designed for cultivation, and the wish that it can grow with rice as far as possible.

Brewed "Kotobuki" rice produced in Fukuoka Prefecture.

Eiko Fuji

Founded in 1778, "Eiko Fuji" is located in Oyama, Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture.

The brewery has a long history and is also said to be a sake brewery related to Sengoku warlord Kiyomasa Kato.

The traditional handmade sake is brewed, and "Kojo no Hitoyogari" is a pioneer in commercial daiginjo in the Shonai region.It's a representative sake of Kogetomi.
