Dewar’s Caribbean Smooth is a blend of up to 40 single malts and grain whiskies that have been aged for at least 8 years and then double aged, before being finished in ex Caribbean rum casks for up to six months, creating a Caribbean smooth finish.

Tangy, tropical, sweet and refreshing, elevating the vanilla notes from the rum casks used to finish Dewar’s Caribbean Smooth, the Coconut Highball will make you think you have sand between your toes and sun on your face.

Our Scotch lies slumbering in a blanket of oak until it’s deemed ready by our Malt Master, Stephanie Macleod. We use a combination of premium Bourbon barrels and Sherry casks, hogsheads and butts.
