From the top of a venerable maturity, this golden Caol Ila 34 Years Old presents peated smoky tones that recall glorious times. The more we taste the product, the more we enter in a nostalgic dimension of a visceral and poetic past. A meditative journey of sophisticated and elegant scents and flavors.

Aromatic Profile: the nose is elegant, with hints of fat peat, cut grass and chocolate aromas. Salt and citrus fruit develop in the first breath.

The mouth, instead, is vegetal, rich, fruity, floral and peaty, while the aftertaste reminds American beer, the same that rests in the barrels used to age this wonderful thirty-four year old, selected by Gordon & MacPhail.
