Arran Angel's Reserve 1997 20 Year Old Single Malt — Malt Masters HK

The Arran Angels’ Reserve has been specially selected to celebrate the 22^nd anniversary of the Isle of Arran Distillery (1995-2017).

All of the casks chosen for this limited edition bottling were filled in 1997 and have been aged at our Distillery for 20 years in ex-Oloroso sherry hogsheads before being bottled at natural cask strength.

The casks have all lost a much higher proportion of whisky to evaporation, known as the Angels’ share, than would normally be expected thus intensifying the maturation process and resultant aroma and flavour.

We are sure you will agree the Angels of Arran have exceptional taste!

Arran has soaring hills and rugged coasts, rich farmland and dense forests, all concentrated into a compact parcel floating in the Firth of Clyde between the Ayrshire coast and the Kintyre peninsula. It’s known as ‘Scotland in miniature’, as it shares some of the characteristics of the Highlands and Lowlands, the mainland and the Western Isles.
