 NIKKA 四年來首次推出的新品牌，重達 51% 的余市煙燻麥芽作為關鍵麥芽，但為了展現豐富香氣與層次，仍保持調和的平衡性；全程採用「非冷過濾」（non-chill filtered）製作裝瓶。瓶身簡約，用透明設計展示酒液本色；正面中央標誌性大「N」，瓶蓋上則壓印 NIKKA 徽章，而瓶背刻有「注連繩(shimenawa）」圖案，象徵對創辦人竹鶴政孝故鄉廣島釀酒世家致敬。

香氣 (Nose) : 濃郁的橘子果醬與燉蘋果香氣，伴隨著溫暖的煙燻泥煤與烤大麥氣息。
口感 (Palate) : 48% 帶來的厚實油脂感。熟成水果的甜味與泥煤的微苦在口中完美平衡，層次豐富。
