「夢吟香」（Yumeginga）是愛知縣獨自研發的優質酒造好適米，由「山田錦」與「若水」培育而成。它繼承了山田錦的優良血統，能釀造出香氣高雅、飽滿且乾淨的酒體。與常規款相比，這款夏酒特別調整了酒精與酸度的平衡。入口能感受到夢吟香特有的柔和米旨味與微甜感，隨後而來的是鮮明爽快的清脆酸度，尾韻乾淨俐落，完全不顯沉重。瓶身與酒標通常採用充滿夏日風情的設計（例如煙花、清爽的藍色調），視覺上極具涼意。
