「DATE SEVEN SEASON II Episode 2 純米大吟釀 2023 (每年一回限定)」是「宮城縣」七家酒藏聯乘共同釀造的主題特別企劃，靈感源自日本的七夕，每年一造，限定限量，藉此機會可以透過彼此之間的技術進行交流以及切磋來提升清酒質素。採用最高等級的「兵庫縣產山田錦」酒米釀造，也因為 DATE 7 的命名而將精米度設為 4「7」% ，透過最好的原料與各家酒藏所擁有的卓越技術
