聖馬丁酒莊是納瓦拉第二古老的合作社。葡萄的生長需要充足的雨水和陽光，以及為葡萄園帶來空氣的風。

聖馬丁酒莊是傳統的代名詞；自 1914 年以來，San Martín de Unx 的葡萄種植者一直在這些得天獨厚的山區環境中精心培育歌海娜品種，試圖最大限度地尊重環境條件，生產具有自己特色的葡萄酒。
