Umeshuou Umeshuou is a rough mash Umeshu, made with large ripe fruit Nanko plums, soaked in a blend of 1969 aged Sake and 5years oak barrel barley shochu. Umeshuous ,aged for 3years with impressive deepness and freshness of Japanese Ume, have great balancing on its sweetness and sourness.
